At Foresight, we employ a common-sense methodology with a unique blend of professional and contractual experience. Serving clients across the United States and in Canada, Foresight seeks to protect your interests from both a performance and financial aspect. We operate to provide our clients a third party verification of their physical assets, from analyzing existing conditions to designing and managing construction processes. Our capabilities also include structural, P.E., and architectural support from our in-house affiliated firm – Formation Architects.
HISTORY
Founded in 1999 by Wayne Korte, Foresight began as a roof assessment company and has since expanded to encompass the full building envelope. Known as an expert in the industry, Foresight has grown to be a nationally recognized firm working with Fortune 500 and large portfolio companies.
MISSION STATEMENT
To provide to our clients a clear understanding of the existing condition of their building’s envelope assets; from both a functional and financial perspective, and to work with them to develop clear and concise directive to maintain and improve the returns on those assets.
