Wayne Korte

Chief Executive Officer

Wayne founded Foresight Services in 1999 as a full-service evaluation, problem solving, design, consulting, and project management firm that specializes in roof systems, parking facilities, and building facades. He has worked in the construction industry since 1975, starting as a union carpenter, moving to journeyman carpenter, foreman, and superintendent for multi-million dollar projects before becoming vice president of quality assurance for a large design-build construction company.

Wayne is an advisory council member for multiple roofing manufacturers. He is experienced as an expert witness and umpire for arbitration and litigation cases involving multiple aspects of building construction. Additionally, he is a professional member of multiple industry organizations and a recognized expert in the field.

Kent Korte

Chief Operating Officer

Kent joined Foresight in 2016 as COO and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, managing multi-million dollar projects. Kent is responsible for the day-to-day operations and ensures that the commitment to effective management of cost, schedule, and quality is maintained. Kent is a graduate of the Construction Leadership Institute at Southern Illinois University, which focused on developing leadership, communication, and critical professional skills. Kent’s previous experience with a large design-build general contractor has provided him with valuable construction knowledge. He has held positions as client services manager, project manager, project superintendent, carpenter, and was a member of the Special Services Team during the course of his career. As Project Superintendent for his previous employer, Kent effectively managed multiple Department of Defense and United States Postal Services projects throughout the United States.

Kyle korte

Division Manager | Facade & Testing

Kyle joined Foresight in 2012, bringing more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry at a large design build general contracting company. His experience includes large retail, distribution, office building, housing, financial, recreation, and military projects. Kyle is responsible for site inspections, surveys, evaluations, problem solving, design, contractor coordination, and management of roof and façade renovation projects for our clients throughout the US. He holds certifications as a Registered Roof Observer (RRO), ABBA Field Auditor, LEED-AP, and is responsible for management of safety programs and training.

Brad Kronk

Division Manager | Parking Facilities

Brad joined Foresight in 2017 as a project management and sales professional. He provides clients with the scope of work, design details, and specifications of RFP packages. Brad is responsible for managing a team of field technicians providing the evaluation of parking facilities. In addition, Brad identifies qualified contractors in the market, understanding benefits of Value Engineering where appropriate, and fielding questions regarding the scope and specifications of projects. He has prior experience working in the parking lot maintenance repair industry and working with several large national accounts.

Chad Waters

Division Manager | Roof Systems

Chad began with Foresight in 2017 as Project Manager bringing over 15 years management experience to our team. Recently, his focus has been our roof sector utilizing his previous experience in quality assurance and control. Chad oversees our roof projects and provides all facets of service including surveys and evaluations, design package, bid documents, project management, construction monitoring, and closeout. As an experienced AutoCAD designer Chad’s knowledge provides a full understanding of how a building system is designed, then installed to ensure that all components work together effectively.

Matt Wilhelm

Program Director

Matt joined Foresight in 2013 and has experience in the roofing, general construction, and pavement industries. He has served Foresight in many capacities, previously as Field Tech and Project Manager for Paving Division, Roofing Division Manager, and recently has assumed the role of Program Director. Matt works with long standing clients and multi-site portfolios to manage full project scopes from design and bidding to project management and completion. Matt also works with clients to coordinate their facility maintenance programs and help to develop long term budget requirements. Matt is a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and Quality Assurance (QA) Observer and is working toward additional certifications.

Beau Bridges

Information Technology Development Manager

Beau brings 10+ years of years of experience in IT, including hardware, networking, quality assurance, programming, security, and automation. He also has past experience as a brick mason. By combining his construction experience and IT skills, he is in a unique position to provide technology solutions for Foresight. Beau is in charge of creating and managing tools and web services to increase bid and RFP efficiency. In addition, he works closely with our company leadership and clients to provide state of the art data reporting and management to all of our property managers and owners.

Adam Sarih

Business Development | Customer Relations

Adam began with Foresight in 2016 as Assistant Project Manager for our Pavement Division. Working with our Asset Management program Adam also served as a Field Technician and most recently began directing our business development efforts. Adam’s previous experience in property management and as a licensed Real Estate Broker allows him to fully understand the concerns of our clients when it comes to their building envelope. His efforts are focused on providing client liaison by coordinating project start up activities and insuring services meet expectations. Adam works to cultivate existing and new relationships to allow Foresight to provide a higher level of service.

DENNIS KORTE

Senior Project Manager

A former vice president of the company, Dennis provides insight as an advisory board member and part-time project manager. With his extensive construction knowledge and vast experience, he provides guidance on challenging projects, and his continued involvement with long-standing clients ensures a smooth transition.

Terry McCreary

Project Manager

Terry has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry with projects including commercial and residential clients. Terry’s capabilities allow him to provide project management and evaluations for all building components – Roof Systems, Façade, and Parking Facilities. Additionally, he is a Registered Roof Observer (RRO), certified EIFS inspector, performs thermal imagery scans, and holds a FFA drone certificate.

Our qualified team also includes skilled Field Technicians, Project Managers, AutoCAD designers, and support staff.
